Arka Jain University

ARKA JAIN University was founded in 2017 by the Jharkhand State Legislature through “The ARKA JAIN University Act” and is recognized by the UGC. It is the first private state university in the Kolhan region, which includes three districts of the state. The university holds the necessary affiliations, recognitions, and memberships from various statutory and affiliating bodies such as AICTE, BCI, PCI, OCI, INC, JNRC, AIU, UGC, and ASCO. Additionally, it is an ISO-certified “Educational Organization Management System” University. With over 5000 students, more than 30 programmes (spanning diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels), 7 schools, a Research & Development Cell, and over 175 faculty members, the University stands out. Programmes are available in fields such as engineering, technology, management, commerce, biotechnology, pharmacy, optometry, English, mass communication, fashion design, law, and nursing.
