In the law category, the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bengaluru, has once again secured the top spot. National Law University (NLU), New Delhi, claimed the second position, while Symbiosis Law School, Pune, has climbed to the third rank, replacing NALSAR University of Law this year.

In the overall category, IIT Madras has retained its first position. Meanwhile, in the university category, the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), and Jamia Millia Islamia have been ranked as the top three universities in India for 2024.
