IIHM, the International Institute of Hotel Management, is one of the largest chains of premier hospitality and hotel management schools in India, having commenced its journey in 1994. The Institute is part of the Indismart Group Worldwide, owned by Dr. Suborno Bose, and provides education in Hospitality Management both in India and internationally.

Students also receive a Bachelor in Tourism Studies from IGNOU India and have the option to pursue short courses lasting 1 Year, 9 Months, 6 Months, or 3 Months in various Hospitality Skills. Additionally, IIHM students can complete their final year in the UK, Switzerland, Germany, Thailand, or Canada, after successfully completing the first two years in India.

IIHM boasts a pool of global faculty in the hospitality and culinary fields, led by Prof. David Foskett (OBE), author of the world-renowned "Practical Cookery & Theory of Hospitality and Catering," Keith Edgar, a prominent wine educator from the USA with international acclaim, award-winning wine consultant and author, Peter Honigh (MW), Mr. Ron Scott, an international whiskey expert from Scotland, and Chef Ranveer Brar, who are all celebrated faculty members of the institute. The legendary Prof. David Foskett serves as the Professor of Eminence at IIHM.

In response to the pandemic and its impact on our industry, IIHM took the initiative to inaugurate the "IIHM Global Center for Tourism and Hospitality Research" to conduct research on topics related to our industry to enhance business, which was inaugurated by the Hon'ble Secretary-General of UNWTO, Mr. Zurab Pololikashvili, who praised IIHM for its contributions to the sector and committed UNWTO to support IIHM in its efforts to promote hospitality.
