Jaypee University of Information Technology

Jaypee University of Information Technology (JUIT) was founded by Act No 14 of 2002 through an Extraordinary Gazette Notification from the Government of Himachal Pradesh in 2002. The University Grants Commission (UGC) granted its approval under Section 2(f) of the UGC Act. JUIT is also affiliated with the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). The University has received accreditation from NAAC twice (in 2011 and 2017), and most of its programs are accredited by NBA.
