Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti Language University (KMCU), previously referred to as Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti Urdu, Arabi-Farsi University, was founded in 2010. It is a state-run university recognized by the UGC and the AICTE. The University commenced its inaugural academic session in August 2013.
The University provides undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and postgraduate diploma programs, including BTech, BA, BBA, MA, MCA, MCom, and more. The courses primarily focus on areas such as Humanities, Engineering, Teaching & Education, Management, IT, Design, Mass Communication, and Accounting & Commerce. Foreign and NRI students are also welcomed to enroll in any subject of their preference. KMCU additionally offers extended lectures in various languages, including Urdu, Arabic, Persian, Hindi, English, History, and Economics.
Spanning 28 acres, the University is equipped with all essential facilities. To enhance practical knowledge for its students, the University features several laboratories, such as a Geography lab, Home Science lab, and Journalism & Mass Communication lab for students, along with a dedicated SPSS lab for research scholars.
