The School of Engineering and Technology, commonly referred to as SOET, is a private institution situated in Gurugram and affiliated with BML Munjal University (BMU). It is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and has established collaborations with several international universities, including Imperial College London, the London School of Economics & Political Science, the University of Warwick, and UC Berkeley, to offer students global opportunities.
At present, the institute provides a BTech program with various engineering specializations. Additionally, it offers an International Immersion Programme for undergraduate students under BMU. The institute has partnered with numerous leading organizations such as Siemens, Microsoft, IBM, KPMG, and others to enhance industry exposure for students. These industry partners are also setting up Centres of Excellence on the BMU campus. For instance, Siemens has established a center for PLM software, while IBM has created an IBM Business Analytics Lab to offer students hands-on training with the latest software.
The institute operates from the main campus of BMU. In the BTech program, students are required to complete an internship as part of their course curriculum, and the grades obtained during these internships will contribute to their overall academic performance.
