Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research

Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research (SRIHER), previously known as Sri Ramachandra University and Sri Ramachandra Medical College and Research Institute, is a private institution situated in Porur, Chennai. Established in 1985 by the Sri Ramachandra Educational and Health Trust, SRIHER Chennai is recognized by the UGC and is a member of the AIU. It holds accreditation from NABH and has received an ‘A++’ grade from NAAC. In 1994, it was designated as Sri Ramachandra Medical College and Research Institute (Deemed University) by the Government of India.
