The LNM Institute of Information Technology

The LNM Institute of Information Technology (LNMIIT) was founded in 2002 as a collaborative public-private partnership between the Government of Rajasthan and the Lakshmi and Usha Mittal Foundation. In 2006, LNMIIT Jaipur received Deemed-to-be-University status from the UGC as a De-Novo institution and functions as an autonomous non-profit entity. It is recognized by both AICTE and UGC. As per the Media ranking 2024, the institute is listed among the top 50 engineering colleges. The NAAC has awarded the institute an 'A' grade. The LNM Institute of Information Technology has established numerous MoUs both nationally and internationally, broadening student opportunities for education and research.

LNM Institute of Information Technology provides full-time engineering programs, offering seven courses (BTech, BTech (Hons), BTech-MTech Integrated, MTech, MS by Research, MSc, and PhD) across six departments and 26 specializations, including Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical-Mechatronics Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, and Humanities and Social Sciences. Admissions to LNMIIT Jaipur are based on merit as well as entrance exams.
