UPES Dehradun, the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, is a private institution situated in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. UPES is acknowledged by the UGC and holds an NAAC "A" grade accreditation. • Admission: The UPES admission process for 2027 is currently underway. Admission to most courses is based on merit. However, for programs like BTech, MBA, and Integrated LLB, entrance exam scores from UPESEAT / JEE Mains, UPESMET / MAT / CAT / XAT, and ULSAT / CLAT / CUET are also accepted.
• Scholarship: UPES Dehradun has already distributed INR 46 Crore in scholarships in the past, benefiting 6,844 students. Students can receive scholarships ranging from 25% to 100% based on their performance in board exams, graduation, and national entrance exams.
• Global Partnerships: UPES offers a Global Pathway Programme, allowing students to complete part of their course at UPES and the remainder at partner universities in the UK, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the USA.
