The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) is set to commence the web option exercise for the second phase of AP LAWCET 2026 counselling starting tomorrow, October 28, 2026. This critical stage allows eligible candidates to formally select their preferred colleges and law courses for admission.
Participants must complete the process through the official counselling portal at cap.apcfss.in. To access the web option interface, students will be required to log in using their registered credentials. The council has emphasised that this is a mandatory step for all candidates participating in the second round of seat allocation, regardless of their previous activity in the counselling process.
The window for submitting web options will remain active for three days, closing on October 30, 2026. Officials have advised candidates to plan their selections carefully and submit their preferences well before the deadline to avoid potential technical issues associated with high traffic during the final hours.
During the selection process, candidates are encouraged to list as many college and course options as possible to improve their prospects of securing a seat. The final seat allotment will be determined based on the choices submitted by the candidates during this period. It is essential for applicants to keep their hall ticket and rank card accessible while navigating the portal, as these documents contain necessary information for the submission process.
For those who did not participate in the initial round, the APSCHE permits fresh registrations for subsequent phases. However, candidates must ensure they complete the official registration for the current round within the designated timeframe to remain eligible for seat allotment. All registration fees must be paid exclusively through the online portal, as offline payment methods are not accepted.
Once the selection process is complete, candidates are advised to review their choices thoroughly before final submission. It is also recommended that students download and retain a printed copy of their submitted options for their personal records. Candidates should maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials throughout the duration of the counselling process.
