Ashoka University has announced impressive placement statistics for its graduating class of 2025-26, achieving a remarkable 100% placement rate this session. The university reported over 450 job offers from 163 organizations, including 78 new recruiters. The highest salary package reached an impressive INR 42.5 lakh per annum, awarded to a student from the Computer Science program, highlighting the university's strong position in the job market.The top 20% of students who secured placements reported an average cost to company (CTC) of INR 22.5 lakh, with a median CTC of INR 22 lakh. This year's placement session not only showcased strong domestic employment opportunities but also highlighted the global reach of Ashoka University graduates. More than 135 students received over 400 offers from prestigious institutions worldwide, including renowned universities such as Oxford, Cambridge, and various Ivy League colleges.The Class of 2025-26 demonstrated exceptional performance across multiple sectors, with approximately 80% of the placed students entering six key industries. The banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) sector, along with consulting and accounting, emerged as the dominant fields for employment. Notably, the average CTC in the consulting sector increased by 30% compared to the previous year, while technology, data, research, and analytics sectors saw a growth of 26%.In addition to strong placement statistics, the graduating class also excelled in securing international opportunities. Students received 24 offers from Oxbridge institutions and 24 from Ivy League schools. Furthermore, 19 students were awarded prestigious international scholarships, including the Rhodes, Gates Cambridge, Fulbright-Nehru, Chevening, and Erasmus Mundus scholarships, underscoring the academic excellence fostered at Ashoka University.These outstanding results reflect Ashoka University's commitment to providing quality education and preparing students for successful careers.
