The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) is set to announce the results for the 2nd Main examinations for both Class 10 and Class 12 students. The results are expected to be released on the official board website, cgbse.nic.in, following the completion of the exams held from July 8 to July 22. Students who participated in these assessments are advised to regularly check the website for updates regarding the result announcement. In the previous year, the CGBSE declared its 2nd Main results on August 19, approximately one month after the conclusion of the exams. Based on this timeline, it is anticipated that this year's results will be available sometime in August, although an official confirmation has yet to be provided. Once the results are published, students will be able to access them by entering their roll number and captcha code on the designated websites. To pass, students must achieve a minimum of 33% in each subject, with theory and practical components assessed separately. For those who are dissatisfied with their results, the board offers a re-evaluation or rechecking process. Students can apply for this service within 15 days of the result announcement by filling out an application form available on the CGBSE website.Given the potential for high traffic on the CGBSE result server, students may experience delays when attempting to access their results. In such cases, it is recommended that they remain patient and try again later. Alternatively, students can receive their results via SMS by sending a text message in the format CG10ROLLNUMBER to 56263, ensuring they have access to their scores even during peak times. To check their results online, students should visit cgbse.nic.in or results.cg.nic.in, select the appropriate result link, and enter the required details. After submitting their information, they will be able to view their results on the screen. It is important to note that the online results are provisional, and students must collect their official mark sheets from their respective schools at a later date.
