Delhi University Announces Hybrid Internship Opportunity with SPRIX Learning

The Central Placement Cell (CPC) of Delhi University has officially announced a new internship opportunity for its students and alumni, partnering with the Japanese multinational education firm, SPRIX Learning. This hybrid internship program is designed to provide participants with professional corporate exposure and insights into global business operations.

The initiative is open to a broad spectrum of applicants, including current undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD students, as well as former graduates of the university. The company is particularly interested in candidates from business management and commerce backgrounds, specifically those pursuing or holding degrees such as BBA, BCom, BMS, and MBA.

Internship Details and Compensation Structure

Selected candidates will be appointed to the role of Management Intern in Business Development. The position involves a hybrid work model, with on-site operations based in Delhi. As part of the global firm's expansion in India, interns will have the opportunity to work with an organization that maintains a presence in over 56 countries and collaborates with educators from institutions such as the IITs to deliver academic training and structured learning solutions.

Regarding the financial compensation, the university has confirmed that the monthly stipend for the position ranges from INR 10,000 to INR 60,000. The final amount awarded to each intern will be determined by their individual performance during the tenure. Furthermore, the company has indicated that additional monetary incentives will be provided based on performance metrics, offering interns the potential to earn beyond the base stipend.
