The University of Delhi, established in 1922, is one of India’s top universities, known for its high academic standards, diverse programs, excellent faculty, and illustrious alumni. Common Minimum Eligibility:The candidate must have passed Class XII or its equivalent from a single recognized board. Only one board's marksheet will be considered to check minimum eligibility. For example, if a student passed most subjects from CBSE and later passed Mathematics from another board like NIOS, only the CBSE marksheet will be considered.

Program-Specific Eligibility:

Candidates must check the Program-Specific Eligibility to know which subjects to appear for in CUET (UG) 2025. It is compulsory to appear for CUET in the subjects studied or passed in Class XII. For subject mapping, marksheets from more than one recognized board may be accepted, but only if the candidate has passed those subjects in Class XII.

The total tuition fee for a BA or BA (Hons) in a language at Delhi University (DU) typically ranges from Rs 500 (approx) to Rs 1.5 lakh (approx), depending on the specific college and language specialization.
