Those taking the Graduation final year examinations are required to present a pass certificate at the start of the Coaching Program.The free coaching facility can be used only once by the candidate.IGNOU Free UPSC Coaching: Selection CriteriaCandidates can fill out the form online by uploading required documents.33% of all the seats are earmarked for female applicants.Candidates will be chosen based on the CET (Common Entrance Test) administered by IGNOU.Questions on the entrance exam will cover language skills, general knowledge, reasoning abilities, and general aptitude.
