IIM Kozhikode Introduces Interdisciplinary PG in Management and Liberal Studies

The Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK) has launched the Post Graduate Programme in Liberal Studies & Management (PGP-LSM), a distinctive two-year full-time master's program that integrates liberal arts with core management education.

The PGP-LSM is designed to equip students with a comprehensive understanding of management principles while fostering critical thinking, creativity, and cultural awareness. The curriculum emphasizes emotional, cultural, and creative intelligence, preparing graduates for leadership roles in sectors such as marketing, human resources, media, social enterprises, hospitality, and healthcare.

The program offers a balanced blend of management subjects and liberal arts courses, encouraging students to approach business challenges with a holistic perspective. This interdisciplinary approach aims to produce well-rounded professionals capable of navigating complex organizational environments.

Candidates with a bachelor's degree in any discipline are eligible to apply. Admission is based on academic performance, CAT scores, and a personal interview process.
