IIT Delhi Commences Enrollment for the Fourth Cohort of its Certificate Program in Applied Data Science and AI.

IIT Delhi has officially opened applications for the fourth batch of its online Certificate Programme in Applied Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, part of its Continuing Education Programme (CEP). This eight-month course is designed to equip participants with essential skills in data science and AI, and applications will be accepted until November 13, 2026. The programme is delivered through the CEP and the Centre for Applied Research in Electronics at IIT Delhi, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience.

The curriculum consists of nine modules that cover various stages of the data science and AI lifecycle. Participants will begin with foundational topics such as Python programming, data handling, and exploratory data analysis. As the course progresses, students will delve into more advanced subjects, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing (NLP). The programme also emphasizes practical experience through hands-on projects, real-world case studies, and a capstone project.

One of the key features of this programme is its extensive learning format, which includes over 300 hours of both live and self-paced instruction. Live classes will be conducted via Direct-to-Device mode, allowing for interactive tutorials and collaborative activities led by IIT Delhi faculty and industry experts. This structure aims to foster a rich educational environment that combines theoretical knowledge with practical application.

Eligibility for the programme is open to graduates and diploma holders who have completed a 10+2+3 education from a recognized university. While the course is accessible to a broad range of candidates, preference will be given to those with backgrounds in computer science, information technology, electronics, electrical engineering, physics, and related fields. Successful participants will receive an e-Certificate from CEP, IIT Delhi upon completion of the programme requirements.
