IITs Offering B. Tech in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science in 2024

Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) are a group of engineering and technology institutions in India. First established in 1950, they are under the purview of the Ministry of Education of the Government of India and are governed by the Institutes of Technology Act of 1961. There is a total of 23 IITs now. IITs provide undergraduate programs, Bachelor of Technology, in engineering disciplines such as Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering. In recent years, 10 of these IITs have included courses in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science in their syllabus.
