The ITM Institute of Design and Media (ITM IDM) has initiated the admission process for its Bachelor of Design (BDes) program in Fashion Design for the academic year 2025-2029. Spanning four years, the program is designed to equip students with industry-relevant skills and practical experience in fashion design. Prospective candidates meeting the eligibility criteria have been given the opportunity to apply online through the institute’s official website. The registration process involves completing an application form, uploading the necessary documents, and paying the required application fee. Once the application is submitted, candidates are expected to receive further instructions regarding the selection and admission procedures. Eligibility and Scholarships Students who have completed their Class 12 or an equivalent examination from a recognized board are eligible to apply. The institute has stated that both merit-based and need-based scholarships are available for deserving candidates. Eligible students can apply for these scholarships during the admission process, with final selections being determined based on academic performance and portfolio assessment. Curriculum and Industry Exposure The BDes curriculum in Fashion Design covers various aspects, including textile science, garment construction, fashion illustration, digital design tools, and sustainability in fashion.
