Candidates are strongly encouraged to review all information submitted in their Kerala NEET UG applications, as this will be the final opportunity to correct any defects. After the deadline, no further changes will be permitted. To facilitate the correction process, candidates should visit the official CEE Kerala website and access the 'KEAM 2026 - Candidate Portal.' By logging in with their Application Number and Password, they can verify essential details such as personal information, reservation claims, and nativity status. Additionally, candidates can check the 'Memo Details' section to identify any application defects and upload the necessary documents or corrected photographs and signatures before the deadline.

The CEE has emphasized that all corrections must be completed online through the Candidate Portal, and candidates should refrain from sending hard copies or printouts of documents to the office for verification.
