Results for Round 2 Seat Allocation of MP BE 2026 Announced

The Madhya Pradesh Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) has officially announced the results for the Round 2 seat allotment in the BTech admission process for the year 2026. This announcement was made on July 27, 2026, and candidates can now access their seat allotment status through the DTE's official website, dte.mponline.gov.in. To check their status, candidates need to log in using their application number and password.

Those who have been allotted seats are required to confirm their admission by July 30, 2026. After confirming their seat, candidates can download their provisional seat allotment letter. It is essential for candidates to complete the online document verification process and report to their designated institutes within the specified timeline to secure their admission.

For candidates interested in upgrading their allotted seats within the same institute, the DTE has provided an option to indicate preferred courses for consideration in subsequent rounds. This internal upgradation facility will be available from July 31 to August 1, 2026. The results for branch upgradation will be released on August 3, 2026, allowing candidates to make informed decisions regarding their academic paths.

Additionally, an institute-level counselling session is scheduled to take place from August 4 to August 12, 2026. During this period, candidates will have the opportunity to apply directly to their preferred institutes for any vacant seats that may arise and confirm their admissions accordingly.
