The Maharashtra State CET Cell has officially released the seat allotment list for the fourth and final round of the MAH BBA Centralized Admission Process (CAP) for the 2026 academic year. This announcement marks the conclusion of the primary counselling rounds for both Maharashtra State and All India category applicants seeking admission into BBA programmes across the state.

Candidates who participated in the fourth round of counselling can now verify their allotment status by visiting the official website at bba2026.mahacet.org.in. The seat allocation process has been conducted in accordance with the established guidelines, and successful applicants are now required to proceed with the formal admission procedures within the specified timeframe.

Admission Confirmation and Next Steps

Following the release of the allotment list, the window for submitting the seat acceptance form has officially opened. Candidates who have been successfully allotted a seat must complete the online acceptance process through their individual candidate login portals. It is essential for students to finalize this step by the deadline of September 8, 2026.

Once the online acceptance is completed, candidates are required to visit their respective allotted colleges to finish the remaining admission formalities. For those who previously participated in earlier rounds and opted for betterment, there is no requirement to pay the seat confirmation fee again, provided it was already settled during a prior round.

Institutional Admissions for Vacant Seats

The current fourth round represents the final stage of the centralized counselling process managed by the State CET Cell. With the conclusion of this phase, the centralized system will close. Should any seats remain vacant at individual institutions following the completion of this round, the colleges are authorized to manage the remaining admissions independently.

Institutes with unfilled seats will be responsible for releasing their own lists and conducting the admission process for these vacancies. This institutional-level admission period is scheduled to take place from September 9 to September 15, 2026. Candidates who have not secured a seat through the centralized rounds are advised to monitor the official websites of their preferred colleges for further updates regarding these remaining vacancies.
