The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has decided to retract its earlier proposal to increase the seat acceptance fee for the MHT CET Centralized Admission Process (CAP) for 2026. Candidates will continue to pay a uniform fee of ₹1,000 for seat acceptance during the engineering counseling process, maintaining the same structure as in previous years.
