The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell has announced a revised schedule for the MH CET 3-Year LLB counselling for 2026. This update is crucial for candidates seeking admission through the Centralised Admission Process (CAP). The registration for the first round will now commence on August 11, 2026, and will remain open until August 13, 2026. This schedule applies to both Maharashtra State (MS) and Outside Maharashtra State (OMS) candidates participating in the MH CET Law 3-Year LLB CAP.

According to the newly released timeline, the e-scrutiny of uploaded documents and application forms will take place from August 12 to August 16, 2026. This process will be conducted by the e-verification team to ensure that all submitted documents meet the necessary requirements. Following this, an alphabetical list of candidates for Round I will be displayed on August 17, 2026, allowing candidates to verify their status.

From August 17 to August 20, candidates will have the opportunity to resolve any grievances related to the alphabetical list. During this period, they can also edit their application forms and upload any required documents. The final merit list for Round I is scheduled for release on August 24, 2026, which will be a critical step for candidates as they prepare for the next phase of the admission process.

The college option form filling for Round I will take place from September 5 to September 11, 2026. Candidates included in the final merit list must participate in this process, selecting their preferred colleges during the designated option-entry window. These choices will be taken into account during the seat allotment process.

Round I seat allotment is set for September 14, 2026, followed by the reporting period for candidates to their allocated colleges from September 17 to September 20, 2026. Colleges are required to upload the details of admitted candidates by September 21, 2026. This structured timeline aims to facilitate a smooth admission process for aspiring law students in Maharashtra.
