The process is a critical step for students aiming to secure seats in various government and private medical institutions across the state of Madhya Pradesh.
The window for submitting and locking preferences opened on October 7, 2026. Candidates must complete their choice filling and ensure that the process is finalized before the deadline of 11:59 PM on October 9, 2026. It is mandatory for students to perform the choice locking process manually to ensure their preferences are officially recorded for the seat allotment phase.
Before finalizing their selections, applicants are advised to review the vacant seat matrix available on the portal to make informed decisions. Candidates may select multiple courses and colleges based on their eligibility and personal preferences. Following the conclusion of the choice filling period, the authorities will process the data to release the seat allotment results, which are scheduled to be declared on October 12, 2026. Once the results are published, candidates who are allotted seats will be required to report to their respective institutes to complete the admission formalities.
