Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (RGPV) has officially announced the commencement of institute-level counselling for admission to its BTech first-year and lateral-entry programmes, specifically in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI & ML), as well as Computer Science and Business Systems (CSBS). This initiative aims to fill the available seats in these sought-after courses, with counselling sessions being conducted at the School of Information Technology.As per the latest updates, there are currently three seats available in the BTech first-year and lateral-entry programmes. The breakdown of vacancies is as follows: three seats in BTech CSE (AI & ML), one seat in BTech lateral entry for CSE (AI & ML), and two seats in BTech lateral entry for CSBS. Prospective candidates are encouraged to act swiftly, as the number of vacant seats may fluctuate during the counselling process, particularly if current students decide to cancel their admissions.RGPV has emphasized that candidates must register separately for each course through the MP Online portal to participate in the counselling process. This registration is a prerequisite for attending the institute-level counselling sessions. Additionally, the university has indicated that if candidates from reserved categories do not attend the counselling, their seats may be reallocated to other eligible candidates in accordance with established rules.To ensure a smooth admission process, candidates are advised to follow the instructions provided by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) of Madhya Pradesh.
