The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is preparing to announce the results for the RRB Group D 2026 Computer-Based Test (CBT). Candidates who participated in the examination, conducted under CEN 09/2025, will soon be able to access their results, merit lists, and individual scorecards through the official regional websites of the Indian Railways.
The upcoming results will be published in a PDF format, listing the roll numbers of all candidates who have successfully qualified for the next stage of the recruitment process, the Physical Efficiency Test (PET). In addition to the merit list, candidates will be able to view their specific marks and download their scorecards by logging into the official portal using their registration credentials.
It is common for official recruitment portals to experience significant traffic surges immediately following the announcement of major examination results. This influx of users can occasionally lead to technical difficulties, such as slow page loading, server timeouts, or temporary unavailability of the login interface. The board advises candidates to remain patient if they encounter these issues rather than repeatedly refreshing the page, which can further strain the server.
If a candidate experiences persistent errors, there are several troubleshooting steps they can take to improve their access. Clearing the browser cache and cookies is often an effective way to resolve loading issues. Alternatively, users may find success by switching to a different web browser or utilizing an incognito or private browsing window. Ensuring a stable internet connection is also critical, as weak connectivity can prevent the result PDF or the login page from rendering correctly.
The Railway Recruitment Board emphasizes the importance of using only official regional websites to check results. Candidates are strongly cautioned against relying on third-party platforms or unofficial links, which may provide inaccurate information or pose security risks. Before entering any personal details, such as registration numbers or dates of birth, users should verify that they are on the legitimate government domain.
Candidates who are shortlisted in the CBT phase will advance to the Physical Efficiency Test. Following the publication of the results, the Railway Recruitment Cells (RRCs) of the respective zonal railways will manage the scheduling and administration of the PET. Qualified individuals should monitor their registered email addresses and mobile numbers, as official communications regarding the issuance of PET e-call letters will be sent directly to them.
