The State Bank of India (SBI) is expected to release the preliminary examination results for the Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales) recruitment for regular vacancies shortly. Candidates who participated in the preliminary phase, which took place throughout September and October 2026, are currently awaiting their qualifying status and scorecards to determine their eligibility for the next stage of the selection process.
While the bank has not yet provided a specific calendar date for the announcement, the results for the 9,766 regular vacancies are anticipated to be published in November 2026. This follows the recent conclusion of the preliminary phase, which was conducted separately from the recruitment drive for backlog vacancies.
It is important for candidates to distinguish between the two separate recruitment tracks currently being managed by the bank. The recruitment process for backlog vacancies, which comprised 1,538 positions, has already progressed, with the preliminary results for that category having been declared on October 17, 2026. The Mains examination for those specific backlog candidates was scheduled for October 29, 2026.
In contrast, the process for the 9,766 regular vacancies remains in the preliminary results phase. Following the declaration of these results, the bank is expected to proceed with the Mains examination, which is tentatively slated for November 2026. Candidates are advised to monitor the official SBI portal for the most current information regarding the exact examination schedule.
Once the State Bank of India officially activates the result link on its website, candidates will be able to verify their performance and qualifying status. To access the documentation, candidates should navigate to the official website at sbi.bank.in and proceed to the Careers section. Within the Recruitment Results tab, a notification titled Recruitment of Junior Associates (Customer Support & Sales) for regular vacancies will be made available.
Upon clicking the relevant link, candidates will be required to input their login credentials to view their results. It is recommended that candidates download their scorecards for their personal records once they become available. The bank will provide further updates regarding the subsequent stages of the recruitment process through its official channels as they become confirmed.
