The Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has officially released the phase one seat allotment results for MBBS admissions under the Competent Authority Quota for the 2026-27 academic year. Candidates who participated in the initial round of counselling can now access the college-wise allotment list directly through the official university website, knruhs.telangana.gov.in.

The allotment results are provided in a PDF format, allowing students to verify their status without the need for individual login credentials. The list contains essential details, including the candidate's NEET UG rank, roll number, the specific college allotted, and the admission category. Students who have been assigned a seat are required to complete the reporting process at their respective allotted institutes by September 8, 2026.

BDS Counselling and Web Options Process

In addition to the MBBS results, KNRUHS has initiated the first phase of web-based counselling for BDS admissions under the Competent Authority Quota. Following the release of the seat matrix and official notification on September 4, the university has opened the web options window for eligible candidates. This facility will remain accessible until September 6, 2026.

To participate in the BDS choice-filling process, candidates must log in to the dedicated counselling portal using their registered credentials. Once logged in, students can review the available colleges and seat matrix before selecting their preferred institutions. After arranging their choices in the desired order, candidates must save their selections and complete the process through an OTP verification sent to their registered mobile number. It is recommended that candidates save or print a copy of their submitted options for future reference.
