UP NEET UG 2026: Round 3 Seat Allotment Result Released at upneet.gov.in

The Directorate General of Medical Education and Training (DGME) has officially released the seat allotment results for the third round of the Uttar Pradesh National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2026 counselling. Candidates who participated in this round for admission into MBBS and BDS programmes can now access the results through the official website, upneet.gov.in.

The allotment list has been published in a college-wise format, allowing students to verify their status without the need for individual login credentials. This list was compiled by the authorities based on a combination of factors, including the candidates' NEET merit rankings, their specific category, the availability of seats, and the preferences submitted during the counselling process.

Reporting and Admission Procedures

Following the publication of the round 3 results, candidates who have been successfully allotted a seat are required to proceed with the mandatory admission formalities. The DGME has specified that selected students must report to their respective allotted colleges to complete the admission process. This reporting window is scheduled to remain open from November 3 to November 7, 2026.

To ensure a smooth admission process, candidates are advised to download their official allotment letters from the portal. These letters, along with all necessary original documents and the prescribed admission fees, must be presented at the allotted institution during the reporting period. Failure to report within the designated timeframe may impact the candidate's admission status.

How to Access the Allotment List

To view the results, candidates should visit the official website at upneet.gov.in and navigate to the counselling section. From the homepage, users can select the link for the UP NEET UG counselling, which leads to the section titled Institute Wise Admitted/Allotted Candidates List. From there, students can access the document containing the round 3 results to confirm their seat allocation.
