AURO University

AURO University, previously referred to as AURO University of Hospitality and Management, is a private institution situated in Surat, Gujarat. Established in 2011, the University is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC).

The University provides undergraduate, postgraduate, doctoral, and diploma programs across various fields including Management, Business Administration, Science, Law, Journalism, Arts, and more. These programs are offered through eight distinct schools, including the School of Business, School of Design, and School of Liberal Arts.

AURO University Admission 2024: Eligibility & Selection Criteria

In addition to the aforementioned courses, the University also provides BA (Hons), BBA, BBA (LE), and BJMC at the undergraduate level. The BA (Hons) program lasts four years, while BJMC is offered for one year. The BBA program spans three years, and BBA (LE) lasts two years. BBA admissions are conducted through the UGAT exam, while admissions to other courses are based on merit. Candidates are shortlisted based on their entrance/ qualifying exam scores and performance in the personal interview (PI).

The School of Law offers two five-year integrated undergraduate programs, which are spread over ten semesters. Admission to both programs is conducted through the CLAT/ SLAT exam. AURO University Admission 2024: MFMBE, MDes, LLM

MFMBE and MDes programs are offered with a duration of two years. The University provides a general one-year LLM program along with one specialization. Admissions to these programs are based on the respective entrance exams. Candidates will be selected based on their entrance exam scores and performance in the PI.

AURO University Integrated Courses Admission 2024

The University offers five integrated courses in Management, Design, Science, and Journalism. The duration of these programs varies by course. Below are the course-wise selection and eligibility criteria for all integrated courses.

AURO University Admission 2024: BBA + PG Diploma, BDes + PG Diploma

Admissions to BBA + PG Diploma and BDes + PG Diploma are conducted through the respective entrance exams. These courses are available in five different specializations. Any candidate who has completed Class 12 can apply for these programs. Candidates will be shortlisted based on their entrance exam scores and performance in the PI.

AURO University Admission 2024: BSc + MSc, BDes + MDes, BJMC + MJMC, BA+ MA

In addition to the previously mentioned integrated programs, the University also offers three other programs in Science, Design, and Journalism. The duration of these programs is five years. Admissions to these courses are based on the respective entrance exams.

BSc + MSc is available in eight different specializations with a duration of five years. The University accepts any national level entrance test for admission to this program. Candidates will be selected based on their entrance exam scores and performance in the PI.

Eligibility criteria: Completion of Class 12 or an equivalent examination in any stream from a recognized board with an aggregate of 50%.

The University offers BDes + MDes and BJMC + MJMC in five different specializations. The University conducts its own entrance test for admission to the BDes + MDes program, while admission to BJMC + MJMC is based on merit. Any candidate who has completed HSC can apply for these programs. Candidates will be selected based on their entrance exam scores and performance in the PI.

AURO University Additional Courses Admission 2024

In addition to the full-time UG and PG programs, the University also offers PG diploma, diploma, and certificate programs. The duration of these programs varies by course. Admissions to these programs are based on merit.

The PG Diploma is offered in five different specializations with a duration of one year. Admissions for the PG diploma are conducted on a merit basis. The final merit list of selected students will be based on the marks obtained in graduation.

The University provides a one-year diploma in Cyber Law & Practices and a six-month certificate program in three different specializations. Any candidate who has completed Class 12 can apply for these programs. Admissions to both programs are conducted on a merit basis. Candidates will be selected based on their HSC scores.
