1. BHU Application Process 2026
To gain admission to BHU UG programs in 2026 through CUET, candidates must complete the CUET-UG application process. Similarly, for BHU PG admissions, the CUET-PG application process must be completed. For other BHU courses, candidates can apply via the official BHU website.
2. Selection
Most UG programs require candidates to pass the CUET-UG, while PG courses necessitate the CUET-PG. Admission to the MBA program is based on CAT scores. Shortlisted candidates must also clear the GDPI round for admission. The university accepts scores from ICAR and NEET for certain programs as well.
3. BHU Counselling Process 2026
Candidates applying for non-CUET courses must participate in BHU Counselling for admission. These applicants need to report for document verification and pay the BHU fees to secure their seat.
The BHU counselling process for PG courses through CUET-PG is conducted online. Registrations begin before the CUET results are announced and remain open afterward for scorecard uploads. Below is the detailed procedure for BHU CUET-PG counselling:

To successfully register, a non-refundable fee must be paid via debit card, credit card, or net banking. Candidates can edit their application before making the fee payment. Below are the CAP (PG) registration fees for each category:

4 - Preference Entry Page
The preference entry page becomes available after the registration fee payment for CUET-qualified candidates. Applicants can specify their preferences for all programs in this form. Additionally, the result for the first seat allotment is announced within approximately 8 to 10 days after the CUET results are published. Subsequent rounds for regular/paid fee seats for BHU and its affiliated colleges will also be conducted.
