Steps for DYPCET Admission Process 2024
Admissions at DY Patil College of Engineering and Technology are determined by entrance exam scores. Admission to the UG and PG programs is conducted through counseling under the Maharashtra Engineering Centralized Admission Process (CAP). Candidates should follow the steps below to secure a seat in the college:
STEP 1: DYPCET Application Process 2024
Applications are welcomed from all eligible candidates for institute-level seats and vacancies against CAP, in accordance with the rules and regulations established by the Competent Authority, Government of Maharashtra. Candidates who qualify for the respective entrance exam must apply for CAP. For institute-level seats, the application form can be downloaded from the college website.
STEP 2: Selection
Selection for the BTech program is based on MHTCET or JEE Main scores. For MTech admission, candidates must possess a valid GATE score. Additionally, selection for BArch is determined by NATA or JEE Main Paper-II scores.
STEP 3: Counseling & Admission Confirmation
After taking the exam, candidates must apply for CAP. Seats are allocated through CAP in several rounds. For institute-level seats, candidates must complete the form available on the college website. Once selected, candidates are required to pay the DYPCET fee to confirm their admission.
