About Delhi Maritime Academy Admission Process

The admission process for Delhi Maritime Academy in 2024 is based on both merit and entrance examinations. The Academy provides eight full-time courses at both UG and PG levels in Marine Science and Engineering. These offerings include degrees, diplomas, and short-term programs in the field. Candidates interested in enrolling at DMA can submit their applications online or offline. It is important for candidates to ensure that their vision is normal. Once the Academy receives the applications, students are initially counseled about the marine industry. Following this, the applications are screened for eligibility and assessed based on various criteria by the faculty board at the Maritime Academy. Those who are shortlisted will receive a call letter for admission to the Delhi Maritime Academy.

Delhi Maritime Academy Admission 2024: Eligibility & Selection

The Academy's certificate courses include a General Purpose (GP) Rating and an Electro-Technical Course (ETO), which last six and four months, respectively. Additionally, it offers a one-year diploma in Nautical Science. At the PG level, DMA provides a one-year Graduate Marine Engineering program. For admission, a candidate's academic performance is considered. Candidates must also ensure that their vision is 6/6 and that they are not color-blind. The use of spectacles is not permitted at DMA.
