Dhaanish Ahmed College of Engineering (DACE) is a private engineering institution that was founded in 2002 under the auspices of the Ayyanavaram Educational Trust (AET). DACE is affiliated with Anna University and is recognized by AICTE and UGC. The institute has been accredited by NAAC with an 'A+' grade and is an ISO 9001:2015 certified institution. Dhaanish Ahmed College of Engineering has established numerous MoUs both nationally and internationally, broadening student opportunities for learning and research, including collaborations with the esteemed Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE) of the Republic of Maldives, the Friendship Association of India-Maldives, Max Solar R.S.S Manian, GEONIX consultant, Priya Electricals, ALPHA CADD, and Mosook Training Centre of Saudi Arabia. Dhaanish Ahmed College of Engineering has been grantedautonomous status for the next 10 years by UGC. The college also achieved a 4 – Star Rating in IIC 6.0 - National Star Rating Performance 2025 for excellence in Innovation & Startup initiatives among academic institutions across India.

Dhaanish Ahmed College of Engineering provides a wide array of Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs in the fields of Engineering and Business Administration. Admission to Dhaanish Ahmed College of Engineering is based on the marks obtained by candidates in the previous year’s examination. DACE is also authorized to admit NRI and foreign students and is recognized by UGC and MHRD. The annual fees for BTech/ BE and MBA programs at DACE range from approximately INR 1.8 lakh to INR 2 lakh. DACE offers scholarships exceeding INR 70,000 to students based on their TNEA score, merit, and economic background.

During the DACE placements for 2024, over 200 companies participated in the recruitment process.
