GGSIPU Fee Refund Policy 2026

According to the IP University fee withdrawal policy for 2026, candidates can request a refund by selecting the withdrawal option available on the admission website within the specified timeline. The fee refund process will commence once all online and offline counseling rounds for the academic year are completed. Students who wish to withdraw their admission after Round 1 counseling and have not paid the Part Academic Fee of INR 96,000/- or INR 60,000/- (as applicable) will not be eligible to participate in subsequent counseling rounds, and their seat will be deemed vacant for counseling. After the counseling process concludes, the remaining amount will be refunded to candidates based on the bank details provided by the students during the online application process.

Below are the terms and conditions for rejecting a refund request:

• Changes to bank details will not be accepted at a later stage.
• Refund requests will not be considered after the deadline specified in the counseling schedule.
• Requests for refunds made via post/email/fax will be deemed invalid. The request must be submitted online by completing the GGSIPU withdrawal form.
