STEP 1: IIIT Raichur Application Process

STEP 2: Selection: Release of Cutoff List

Following the application process, the institute publishes a course-wise cutoff list. This list indicates the minimum required score in the respective entrance exam for candidates to be eligible for admission. Candidates with scores equal to or exceeding the cutoff marks can apply. Selection for IIIT Raichur's BTech program is based on JEE Main ranks.

STEP 3: Counselling

The counselling process is managed by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA), which allocates seats based on college cutoffs and candidates' preferences for courses and colleges. JoSAA registration and choice filling typically begin in the third week of June online.

The seat acceptance fee (SAF) is INR 35,000 for all candidates and INR 17,500 for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates. The seat acceptance fee, excluding JoSAA processing charges of INR 5000, will be adjusted against the admission fee.

STEP 4: Admission Confirmation

After the selection rounds and counselling, seats are allocated to eligible candidates. Selected students must pay the required fee to confirm their seat. The partial admission fee (PAF) is INR 45,000 for all candidates and INR 20,000 for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates.

After paying the partial admission fee on the JoSAA portal, candidates who do not participate in CSAB Special rounds should complete the Institute Registration Process at IIIT Raichur.
