Steps for the ITM Institute of Design and Media Admission Process 2025
The admission process for ITM IDM begins with the opening of the application window. For selection, candidates must take an entrance exam administered by the institute. Here is a step-by-step outline of the ITM Institute of Design and Media admission process:
STEP 1: ITM IDM Application Process 2025
Candidates who have completed Class 12 can apply for admissions at ITM IDM. Applicants are required to pay an application fee of INR 1,500 for the entrance exam and must register and complete the application form for admission.
STEP 2: Entrance Exam
ITM IDM conducts the ITM IDM Common Intelligence Test (CIT) for admission to the BDes programme. This is a two-hour test available in both online and offline formats. The syllabus for the ITM IDM Common Intelligence Test (CIT) includes topics such as Basic Mathematics & Quantitative Ability, among others. Additionally, the portfolio screening and/or situation test assesses skills in Articulation, Design Thinking, Lateral Thinking & Creative Problem Solving, and Awareness of Design Principles, etc.
STEP 3: Selection
After the entrance exam, selected candidates will need to participate in portfolio screening and interview rounds, which last approximately 15 to 30 minutes.
STEP 4: Admission Confirmation
