JNU Admission 2025: Eligibility & Selection Criteria
In addition to CUET-UG, the university also considers JEE Main scores for BTech admissions. Steps for the JNU Admission Process 2025
The JNU admission process is based on entrance exams. Admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate courses is conducted through CUET-UG and CUET-PG, respectively, at JNU. STEP 1: JNU Application Process 2025
The first step in the JNU course admission process is online registration. Eligible candidates can apply through the official JNU website (jnu.ac.in). Candidates applying for courses through CUET should have selected JNU as a preference during the CUET application process. Additionally, aspirants should stay updated with important dates to avoid missing the JNU application deadline.
STEP 2: Selection Rounds/Release of Selection List

Candidates who appeared for CUET-UG can apply for JNU UG & Certificate of Proficiency (COP) courses. Some of the courses for which CUET scores are accepted include BA (H) in Foreign Languages, the BSc-MSc integrated course in Ayurveda, and COP programs. Admission is granted to the JNU School of Language, Literature & Cultural Studies and the School of Sanskrit & Indic Studies. Aspirants must meet course-specific eligibility criteria.
