The Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University, located in Hyderabad, Telangana, is dedicated to Fine Arts and Architecture. It encompasses two colleges: the College of Fine Arts and the School of Planning and Architecture, both offering a variety of PhD research, undergraduate, and postgraduate programs. Established in 1940, the university was recognized by the State of Hyderabad as a College of Fine Arts. The university is a constituent college of the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, which was established in October 1972. In 2008, it received authorization through an Act of the Andhra Pradesh State Legislature, no. 31 of 2008. Situated on an expansive campus, it provides a range of facilities and amenities for its students, including a library, workshop, and computer laboratory. Additionally, the university offers a boys’ hostel facility.
