KIIT Admission Process 2024

The selection process for the MBA program at KIIT School of Management typically consists of several key stages:

Step 1: KIIT Entrance Exam

Candidates are generally required to take a recognized management entrance exam such as CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, or GMAT. These scores serve as a primary screening criterion for admission.

Step 2: Online Application

Following the entrance exam, candidates must submit their scores and complete the online application form through the KIIT admission portal before the specified deadlines.

Step 3: KIIT GD & WAT

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in Group Discussion (GD) or Written Ability Test (WAT). This stage assesses candidates' communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and their capacity to articulate ideas clearly.

Step 4: KIIT Personal Interview

Candidates who successfully pass the GD/WAT round will be called for a personal interview. This stage evaluates candidates' academic backgrounds, work experience (if applicable), personality traits, and overall suitability for the MBA program.

Step 5: KIIT Final Selection

The final selection process is based on a composite score that takes into account various factors, including entrance exam scores, academic performance, GD/WAT results, personal interview performance, and, in some cases, work experience.
