Founded in 1973 by the Government of Uttarakhand, Kumaun University is situated in Nainital, Uttarakhand. The university spans 160 acres and features three campuses located in Almora, Nainital, and Bhimtal. Kumaun University is recognized by the UGC and has received an ‘A’ Grade accreditation from the NAAC.
