NIT Calicut Refund Policy:
BTech / BArch (JoSAA / CSAB)
- Candidates Not Reporting to NIT Calicut: If a candidate fails to report to NIT Calicut after being allotted a seat by JoSAA/CSAB, no fees will be refunded (whether paid to the Institute or during counselling).
- Withdrawal After Institute Admission: If a candidate withdraws their admission after completing the Institute admission process (including any applicable balance Institute fee payment), only the Caution Deposit will be refunded.
Self-Sponsored / Industry-Sponsored PG Programmes & MBA (Regular)
- Withdrawal Before session commencement: 50% of the Tuition Fee along with the Caution Deposit will be refunded.
- Withdrawal After session commencement: Only the Caution Deposit will be refunded.
