For the year 2025, SSIU's admission process is primarily based on entrance exams for various courses. For BE/BTech programs, admission is based on the inter-se-merit of JEE Main scores. For BArch, SSIU considers NATA scores for admission. Admissions for postgraduate courses depend on candidates' performance in centralized counseling conducted by the University. The LLB admission process at SSIU is based on candidates' results in their last qualifying (Graduation) examination.

STEP 1: SSIU Online Application Process

Interested candidates must begin by filling out the online application available on the official university website. It is essential for applicants to submit their applications and pay the required application fee by the specified deadline.

STEP 2: Comprehensive Program Offerings

SSIU provides a broad selection of programs across various fields, including Arts, Management, Science, Technology, Information Technology, Commerce, and Computer Applications. These programs are organized under five distinct institutes: Institute of Design, School of Business, Institute of Technology, School of Science, and Institute of Health Science.

STEP 3: Admission Eligibility Criteria

• SSIU welcomes both Indian and international students for admission.
• The admission process for the academic year 2025 starts in March, and candidates are encouraged to check the official website for detailed information on specific programs and their eligibility requirements.

STEP 4: Specialized Entrance Tests and Criteria

• UG Courses: Admissions for programs such as BDes (Graphics & Animation Design), BA (Event Management), BSc Animation & VFX, Gaming, and Catering & Hotel Management are based on an entrance test conducted by SSIU. BArch admissions require a valid NATA exam score, and a valid NEET UG score is necessary for BAMS and BHMS programs. BPT admissions are determined by GUJCET scores, while admission to other UG programs is based on merit.

• PG Courses: MPlan admissions are based on GUJCET scores, and admission to other PG programs is conducted on a merit basis.

• PhD Course: PhD admissions involve an entrance test conducted by the University, followed by an interview.

• Additional Courses: Admission to diploma, PG diploma, and certificate programs is based on merit.

STEP 5: SSIU BTech Admission 2025

• SSIU offers a full-time four-year BTech program in 13 different specializations, including Blockchain, AI, Data Science, and more.
• Admission to the BTech program is merit-based, with the final merit list determined by scores obtained in HSC.
• Eligibility criteria for BTech admission include completion of Class 12 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as main subjects.
