The Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) has officially released the counselling schedule for the All India AYUSH Post Graduate Entrance Test (AIAPGET) 2026. This process facilitates admissions into postgraduate MD and MS programs in Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani, and Homoeopathy for the 2026-27 academic session. Qualified candidates can now access the full timeline for the counselling rounds on the official website at aaccc.gov.in.

The admission process is structured across three regular rounds, which will be supplemented by two additional Stray Vacancy Rounds (SVR-I and SVR-II). The scope of this counselling covers seats under the All India Quota (AIQ), including those in government and government-aided institutions, central universities, national institutes, deemed universities, and specific internal seats at Banaras Hindu University (BHU).

Key Dates and Procedures for AIAPGET 2026 Counselling

For the first round of counselling, the tentative seat matrix verification is scheduled for October 24 and 25, 2026. Following this, the registration and fee payment window will open on October 26 and remain active until November 1, 2026. Candidates are required to complete their choice filling and locking between October 27 and November 1. The seat allotment results for the first round are slated for declaration on November 3, 2026, with the reporting period for allotted institutes running from November 4 to November 13, 2026.

The second round of the process begins with seat matrix verification on November 15, 2026. Registration and fee payment for this round are scheduled from November 16 to November 19, 2026, with choice filling and locking also occurring during this period. The processing of seat allotments will take place on November 20, followed by the release of the round two results on November 21. Successful candidates will then have from November 22 to November 26 to report to their respective allotted institutions.

To participate in the counselling process, candidates must visit the official AACCC portal and complete their registration by providing the necessary details. The process involves the payment of a non-refundable registration fee and a refundable security deposit. After registration, candidates must carefully select and lock their preferred colleges and courses. It is essential for applicants to adhere to the specified deadlines, particularly for fee payments and choice locking, to ensure their participation in the seat allotment process.
