AIMA Opens Registration for MAT December 2026 Exam

The All India Management Association (AIMA) has officially commenced the registration process for the Management Aptitude Test (MAT) scheduled for December 2026. Prospective candidates who intend to appear for this management entrance examination can now access the application forms through the official AIMA MAT website to begin their registration.

This upcoming session of the MAT will be held in two distinct formats: the Paper-Based Test (PBT) and the Computer-Based Test (CBT). According to the schedule released by the examination body on September 28, the PBT is slated for December 20, while the CBT is scheduled to take place on December 27. Candidates are advised to note that the registration deadlines differ depending on the chosen exam mode, and they should ensure their applications are submitted well within the specific timeframes designated for their preferred test format.

Application Process and Documentation Requirements

To successfully complete the application, candidates must navigate to the official AIMA portal and select their preferred examination mode and test city preferences. The registration procedure remains consistent regardless of whether a candidate selects the PBT or the CBT format. A critical component of the application process involves uploading specific digital documents, and applicants are urged to ensure that all files meet the prescribed technical specifications to avoid any issues during submission.

For the photograph, candidates must provide a passport-sized image that is no older than six months. The file must be in JPEG or JPG format, with a file size ranging between 10 KB and 50 KB. Similarly, for the signature, applicants are required to upload a scanned copy created with a black or blue ink pen. This file must also be in JPEG or JPG format, with a size restriction between 5 KB and 20 KB. Before finalizing their submission, candidates are encouraged to review the official MAT syllabus provided by AIMA to ensure they are adequately prepared for the assessment.
