The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially released the admit cards for the Class 12 special examinations designated for students residing in West Asian countries. Eligible candidates can now access and download their hall tickets through the board's dedicated online portal to prepare for the upcoming assessment period.

These special examinations have been organised by the board to support students who were unable to sit for specific Class 12 board papers during the primary examination window held in March and April 2026. This measure was introduced in response to the prevailing regional situation that impacted the ability of these students to complete their assessments earlier in the year.

Exam Schedule and Accessing Your Admit Card

According to the official notification, the CBSE Class 12 special examinations for the West Asia region are scheduled to be conducted from October 23 to October 28, 2026. Students are advised to secure their admit cards well in advance of the commencement of these tests to ensure all details are correct and to avoid last-minute technical issues.

To download the document, candidates should visit the official website at apps.cbseit.in/comptt. The login process requires the same credentials that were utilised during the submission of the List of Candidates (LOC) details. Specifically, students will need to provide their application number, their roll number from the previous year, or their candidate name to retrieve the hall ticket. Once the details are entered, candidates can view, download, and print their admit cards for use at the examination centre.

Background and Preparation

The decision to hold these special exams follows a formal notification issued by the board on September 15, 2026. During that period, eligible candidates were instructed to submit their details regarding the specific subjects they missed during the initial March-April session. The board has since processed these submissions to facilitate the upcoming examination cycle.

As the examination dates approach, students are encouraged to verify all personal information printed on their admit cards, including their name, subject codes, and examination centre details. Maintaining a physical copy of the hall ticket is mandatory for entry into the examination hall. The board has streamlined the process to ensure that students in the affected region can complete their academic requirements for the 2026 session efficiently.
