The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially commenced the submission process for the List of Candidates (LOC) for the 2027 board examinations. Schools across the country are now required to register their students through the designated online portal to ensure they are eligible to appear for the upcoming Class 10 and Class 12 assessments.

For schools opting to pay without a late fee, the deadline for submissions via challan is October 17, 2027. For those not utilizing the challan method, the window for timely submission remains open until October 21, 2027.

Recognizing that administrative delays can occur, the CBSE has also provided a grace period for late submissions. Schools that miss the initial deadlines may still submit the LOC forms with an additional late fee of INR 2,000 per student. The window for late submissions via challan is set for October 22 to October 26, 2027, while the general late submission period extends from October 22 to October 30, 2027.

The fee structure for the 2027 examinations varies based on the number of subjects and specific requirements. The standard examination fee for five subjects is set at INR 1,600, with an additional charge of INR 320 for each extra subject. Furthermore, for Class 12 students, a practical fee of INR 160 per subject is applicable.
