Haryana NEET UG Counselling 2026: Round 3 Registration Process Commences

The Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER) in Haryana has officially commenced the registration process for the third round of NEET UG counselling for the 2026 academic session. Candidates seeking admission to MBBS and BDS programmes across the state can now access the application portal to participate in this phase of the seat allocation process.

Eligible students who have qualified for the NEET UG examination are invited to register and submit their course and college preferences through the official website, uhsrugcounselling.com. With the registration window now open, authorities have set a firm deadline of October 10, 2026, for both the submission of application forms and the completion of the choice-filling and locking process.

Key Dates and Admission Schedule

Following the conclusion of the registration and choice-filling period on October 10, the DMER will process the data to determine seat allocations. The official results for the third round of seat allotment are scheduled to be released on October 12, 2026. Once the results are declared, candidates who are successfully allotted seats will be required to report to their respective institutions between October 15 and October 17, 2026, to complete the admission formalities.

To participate in the round 3 counselling, candidates must visit the official portal and select the new registration option. After agreeing to the declaration, applicants will need to enter their NEET 2026 roll number and application number to retrieve their details. The process requires candidates to fill in the mandatory information, upload the necessary documentation, and pay the required application fee online. Officials have advised candidates to complete their submissions well before the October 10 deadline to avoid any last-minute technical complications.
