JEECUP 2026 Round 7 Counselling: Choice Filling Process Commences

The Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP) has officially commenced the choice filling process for the seventh round of the 2026 counselling cycle. Candidates who are eligible to participate in this phase can now log in to the official portal to select their preferred colleges and branches for admission.

This stage of the admission process is open to qualified candidates from both Uttar Pradesh and other states. To participate, students are required to access the official website at jeecup.admissions.nic.in. Access to the choice filling interface requires the candidate's unique application number and password, which were generated during the initial registration phase.

Important Deadlines and Seat Allotment Procedures

Participants must complete their choice filling process by the deadline of September 2. It is critical for applicants to review their selections carefully before finalizing them, as the council does not permit any modifications or changes to the preferences once they have been locked for this specific round of counselling.

Following the conclusion of the choice filling window, the authorities will proceed to the seat allotment phase. The allocation of seats is determined by a combination of factors, including the candidate's merit rank in the entrance examination, the availability of seats in the chosen institutions, and the candidate's category. The official results for the seventh round of seat allotment are scheduled to be released on September 3.
